US Compression Return & Warranty Policy

Overview:
At US Compression, we are  to ensuring “,customer “satisfaction by providing a comprehensive return and warranty policy to safeguard the integrity of our products.

Limited Warranty:
We offer a 30-day limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship on custom compression garments. This warranty excludes damage from improper care, accidents, and wear and tear. A receipt and photo of the defect are required for a free replacement.

Fit Guarantee:
We offer a 15-day fit guarantee for custom “garments”; based on measurements provided by your physician or therapist. If the measurements were incorrect, this guarantee will not apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the “garment”; within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Custom garments may incur a restocking fee, and the guarantee does not apply if measurements are incorrect or due to swelling.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover alterations, repairs, or issues arising from improper use, incorrect measurements, or failure to follow care instructions.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty or guarantee claim, contact our “customer”; service at uscompressiongarments@gmail.com. Please include your order details and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability:
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the garments and excludes consequential damages.
